What does Rabanne Phantom Elixir smell like?

Phantom Elixir opens with sea notes, creating a fresh, salty and distinctly aquatic impression. The marine accord gives the fragrance an energetic beginning, with a cool and watery character that immediately sets it apart from the other Phantom fragrances.
