Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, perfume samples and discovery sets are considered personal care items.
We accept returns only if items are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition. Once a fragrance sample has been opened or used, it is non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you believe your item is eligible for return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages, defects, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:

your item arrives damaged,

there is a defect,

or you received the wrong item.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used perfume samples

Discovery sets that have been opened

Personal care or hygiene products once unsealed

Sale items or gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before opening the product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies for a return, you may return it (once approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, including fragrance samples.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
