This shipping policy applies to UK customers only.
We take great care to prepare and dispatch your perfume samples promptly and securely, so you can enjoy them without unnecessary delay. Please read the information below before placing an order.
Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Dispatch times may occasionally be affected during peak periods or public holidays. Any known delays will be communicated clearly.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking

All orders are shipped using tracked services.

A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched and can also be accessed via your order confirmation page.

Tracked services do not require a signature unless otherwise specified.
A parcel marked as “delivered” by the carrier at the correct address is considered proof of delivery.
Delivery Areas
We ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders placed for delivery outside the UK may be cancelled and refunded.
Delays & Lost Parcels

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier performance.

Orders are not considered lost until 7 working days after dispatch.

If a parcel is confirmed lost after investigation, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Responsibility
Responsibility for an order passes to the customer once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
This includes deliveries made to:

shared or communal buildings,

student accommodation,
-
reception desks or concierge services,

neighbours or safe places (where applicable).
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are correct at checkout.
We cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed, lost, or unrecoverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
