Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the delivery carrier.

Due to the personal care nature of fragrance samples, opened or used samples are non-returnable.
