What will I receive?

A genuine perfume sample in a glass vial, hand-decanted from an original fragrance. Each sample is securely packaged and clearly labelled with the fragrance name and size.

Are your perfume samples authentic?

Yes. All samples are taken from 100% original fragrances and carefully decanted by hand.

What size are the samples?

Sample sizes are clearly stated on each product page and on the vial label.

Are the samples sprayed or dabbed?

Samples are supplied in spray glass vials, unless stated otherwise.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery times vary depending on the service selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the UK.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.

How are the samples packaged?

Samples are securely packaged to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

Returns & Issues

Can I return perfume samples?

Due to hygiene reasons, perfume samples are non-returnable, unless faulty or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you promptly.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
